(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of, namely:- (a) the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman; (c) the Finance Officer - Secretary; (c) Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government of the Higher Education Department; (d) such other members as may be prescribed In the Statutes. 92 (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules, Statutes, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
