(1) In miscellaneous Laws mentioned in Scheduled ‘A’ and ‘B’ of this Act, the words “Uttarakhand” shall be substituted in place of words “Uttar Pradesh” to the context of State of Uttarakhand. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Miscellaneous Act as mentioned in Scheduled ‘A’ and ‘B’ shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act were in force at all material times. **************** SCHEDULE “A” LIST OF ACTS IN ALPHABATICAL S.
