(1) The General Body and Management Committee may make rules for the implementation of the object of this Act and may amend them with the prior approval of the State Government. (2) The rules made under sub-section (1) shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act. (3) The rules made under this section shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly as soon as possible. Protection of action taken in good faith
