(1) The provisions of the U. P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, as amended by the U. P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, and the rules or regulations framed or orders issued thereunder shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Pargana but the State Government may, by order published in the official Gazette make such adaptations, modifications, alterations or exceptions not affecting the substance as may in its opinion appear necessary and any such adaptation, modification, alteration or exception shall not be questioned in any court of law.
