(1) Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by a notice in writing in the prescribed form (to be obtained from the Shikshak Nirvachan Adhikari) to be given by him to the Shikshak Nirvachan Adhikari, not later than the last date appointed under clause (c) of paragraph 14.
