In this Act, unless the context otherwise require— (a) “Anant Kumbh Nidhi” Haridwar means fund established for conservation and development of the Kumbh Mela Area; (b) “Chairman” means Chairman of the Executive Committee of Anant Kumbh Nidhi, Haridwar; (c) “Vice-Chairman” means Vice-Chairman of the Executive committee of Anant Kumbh Nidhi, Haridwar; (d) “Member Secretary” means Secretary of the Executive Committee of Anant Kumbh Nidhi, Haridwar; (e) “Year” means 12 months commencing on the first day of April; (f) “Fund” means the receipts received as per the provisions of this Act; (g) “State Government” means the Government of Uttarakhand. Chapter-2 Executive committee of the fund
