(1) For admission in various courses conducted by the University, 25 percent seats shall be reserve for the permanent resident of State of Uttarakhand, if the reserve seats are vacant, then the said vacant seats may be filled by the other persons, with the permission of State Government. (2) For fix tuition fee in various courses conducted by the University 25 percent rebate shall be given to the permanent resident of State of Uttarakhand. (3) Who is eligible for the post of Group ‘C’ and ‘D’, all posts of this cadre shall be field by the Permanent residential of the State. (4) Preference shall be given to the permanent residential of the State in the appointment of the Academic Cadre.
