(1) The Chancellor may be appointed for the period of five years from amongst all members of the management board of the [Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun]1 by majority. After that Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun shall appoint Chancellor among his members with prior approval of the Visitor.
