(1) The council shall have a general fund, which shall include :- (2) collection or grants from the State Government on such conditions which may be imposed, General Fund (3) financial help, compensation or grant received from the Central or any other State Government or any other agency, (4) The council shall have such other funds, which the State Government may determine. (5) All financial rights for the operation of the funds shall vest with the council.
