The Council may with the previous approval of the State Government make regulations not inconsistent with this Act & rules made there under. Financial Assessment Annual Accounts and Audits Power to make Rules Power to make Regulation 14- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Competent Officer/Employee of the Council for anything which is done in good faith done or intended to be done under the provisions of this Act.
