I shall comply with the conditions set by the Government of Uttarakhand in respect of é the recommendations for quality propagation of the plants and their sales rates. : 10, {shall have no objection to any inspection by the authorities in respect of tasks being performed in my nursery such as development of mother plants, root stocks used in the propagation of plants, incidence of insects and pests, quality and genetic characteristics, growth and development of plants. | shall be ready to remove or destroy any plants affected by insects or disease if so suggested during the inspection and for this no compensation shall be claimed by me. |
