(1) The Board shall, as soon as practicable, after the close of each financial year, but not later than 30th September of each year prepare an Annual report of its activities and submit it to the Government along with the audit report for the said financial year. (2) The Government, shall, as soon as practicable, lay the reports before the Legislative Assembly of Uttarakhand. CHAPTER-I
