The constitution, powers and functions of the other bodies which may be declared by the Statutes to be other bodies of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinance. Chapter-V Statues and Ordinance Statues 30 Subject to the provisions of this Act, to the condition the Statutes may provide for any matter relating to the University and shall, in particular, provide for- (a) the conferment of honorary degrees ; (b) to be conferment of degrees organizing of convocation; (c) the powers and duties of the officers of the University ; (d) the constitution, powers and duties of the authorities of the University under this Act; (e) the establishment, departments, research and specific academic institutions and abolition and re-organization of hostels maintained by the University; (f) acceptance and management of the bequests, donations and endowments; (g) registration of graduates and maintenance of a register of registered Graduates. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- (h) procedure for conducting meetings and conduct of works of Authorities of the University; (i) qualifications of the Professor, Reader, Lecturer of the in affiliated colleges and recognition institutions; (j) all other matters which by this Act are to be or may be provided for by the Statutes.
