a. The Board shall meet for the transaction of its business at least once in every three months at such place, date and time, as the Chairman may determine. b. The information regarding the meeting of the Board shall be sent to all members of the Board before one week of the date of said meeting. c. In special circumstances, approval of at least one-forth members shall be obtained on any particular proposal by way of circulation. d. One-fourth of the total members shall constitute a quorum in a meeting called in special circumstances.
