In section 20 of the principal Act, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) The terms of office of members mentioned in clauses (c), (d),and (e) of sub-section (1) shall be one year and of members mentioned in clauses (f) and (g) thereof shall be three years."
