70. The State Government may, by notification declare that whereas it is necessary to provide for the regulation of matters described in Section 4 and Section 10 in respect of groves and grovelands, as defined in Section 3 of the U.P. Tenancy Act, 1939, the provisions of this Chapter are being applied to the said grove or grove-land.
