7 . Any person publishing, distributing, selling, delivering, writing, printing, designing, painting, affixing, inscribing or announcing on behalf of another person any advertisement which contravenes the provisions of this Act, shall, when required by the prescribed authority, disclose the correct name and address of the person on whose behalf such person purports to act or to have acted as aforesaid.
