If the application is granted, the 1 [State Government] shall declare by notification in the 2 [Official Gazette] that the provisions of this part have been made applicable to the applicant in respect of the immovable property in which he has a separate, permanent, heritable heritable and transferable right at the date of the notification, and shall enter his name in a list which shall be maintained by the 1 [State Government] Such list shall from time to time be corrected in accordance with rules framed under section 38.
