(1) After the commencement of this Act, any person who has made a contract for the purchase of baled cotton may require that no bales other than bales marked with the mark prescribed under section 10 for the factory in which they were pressed, shall be supplied in fulfillment of such contract, and if he does so require, no bale not so marked, shall be tendered in fulfillment of the contract. ——————————————————————————————————————————
