No suit shall lie, in respect of any matter referred to in section 15, 16 or 17, but every order, other than an award, made by a Collector under any of those sections shall be subject to revision by the State Government while every award of his may be questioned in the court of the District Judge in conformity, as far as possible, with the procedure prescribed in the Land Acquisition Act.
