Section 13

Protection of persons acting under this Act

13. (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Compensation Officer or the Requisitioning Authority or any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, or any rule made or order issued thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the (State Government) 1 for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
