1 [(1) The 2 [Kuladhipati (Chancellor)], the 2 [Kulpati] (Vice-Chancellor) and the Members of the Board and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in each University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of that University.] 3 (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
