The [Labour] 13 Commissioner the Deputy [Labour] 13 Commissioner (Housing), the Assistant [Labour] 13 Commissioner (Housing), or any other officer appointed under this Act may with such assistants, if any, as he thinks fit, enter at all reasonable hours into any house which he considers it necessary to enter for the purpose of administering or carrying out the provisions of this Act.
