(1) The Uttar Pradesh Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Ordinance, 1971 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 3rd day of July 1971.
