(1) The annual meeting of the Board shall be held in the month of December in every calendar year. (2) The Board may hold meetings at such other times as the Chairperson may decide. (3) One third of the total number of members of the Board shall form the quorum of a meeting of the Board. (4) The meeting of the Board shall be convened by the Director after giving ten days notice to the members along with the agenda to be prepared by the Director in consultation with the Chairperson. (5) The Director may, on the advice of or in consultation with the Chairperson convene an emergent meeting of the Board, after giving two days' notice to the members, for transacting any urgent matter.
