(1) The Chairperson may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the State Government, stating his intention so to do, and on such resignation being accepted by the State Government, the Chair person shall be deemed to have vacated his office. (2) Any other member may resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the Chairperson, stating his intention so to do, and on such resignation being accepted by the Executive Committee such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
