1 (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Shree Shuk Teerth Vikas Parishad Act, 2023. (2) It extends to the Shuk region situated within the revenue District of Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette , appoint.
