2 [8.A. Notwithstanding any judgment, decree or order of any court to the contrary, anything done or purporting to be done and any action taken or purporting to have been taken under any provision of the Uttar Pradesh Sheera Niyantran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2023 (U.P. Act No. 1 of 2023) from the 24th day of December, 2021 shall be valid and shall be deemed always to have been valid as if the provisions of this Act were inforce at all material times.]
