11. (1) After completion of the Survey and Record Operation, the Record Officer shall send the proposal regarding closing the Abadi Survey and Record Operation to the Board. (2) The State Government shall issue a notification to close Abadi Survey and Record Operation, after the receipt of the proposal from the Board.
