(1) Stock or bonds issued by the Authority shall be issued, transferred dealt with and redeemed in such manner, as the state Government may be general or specialorder direct. (2) The Authority may advance any part of such borrowings to any other body for the performance of functions specified in the Act on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine.
