102. Where an exchange is made in accordance with section 101 — (a) the parties to the exchange shall have the same rights in the land received in exchange as they had in the land given ; (b) the Sub-Divisional Officer shall order the record of rights (Khatauni) to be corrected accordingly ; and (c) the amount of land revenue assessed, payable or deemed to be payable for the land so exchanged shall not be affected thereby.
