(1) Any person who, on the date immediately before the commencement of this Act, was in accordance with the state law, entitled as of right to practice as an advocate, vakil or mukhtar in the courts established on that date in Rampur shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any law, be entitled during a limited period of six months next hereinafter to practice in the courts already established in Rampur. (2) No advocate, vakil or mukhtar shall merely by reason of the provisions of sub-section (1) be deemed to be entitled to practice in such courts after the expiry of the said period.
