43. (1) Every Statute, Ordinance or Regulation made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette . (2) First Statues, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before U. P. Act No. 1 of 1904 both Houses of the State Legislature and the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 23-A of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply as they apply in respect of rules made by the State Government under any Uttar Pradesh Act.
