21. (1) The Uttar Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction for Unauthorised Occupants) Ordinance, 1972 (U.P. Ordinance No. 2 of 1972) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such appeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act has come into force on March 2, 1972.
