Whoever violates any provision of the Act or Regulations or Orders passed in furtherance of objectives of this Act for which no specific punishment is provided in the Act shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees but which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or both.
