Section 14

Power to make regulations.

14.(1) The State Government or any authority authorized by the State Government may, by notification, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made there under. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters namely:- (a) the constitution and working and terms and conditions of the Committee; (b) the manner or criterion of determination of fee to be charged by a Private Professional Educational Institution from the students; (c) the fees to be charged by the Private Professional Educational Institution from the students;
