There shall be raised and maintained a force to be designated "The 1 [Uttar Pradesh] 1 [Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal]" herein after called the 1 [Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal] and it shall be constituted in such manner as may be prescribed.
