(1) This Act may be called the 1 [Uttar Pradesh] 1 [Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal] Act, 1948. (2) It 4 extends to the whole of 1 [Uttar Pradesh] ;. (3) It Shall come into force at once.
