3. (1) There shall be established a University by the name of the Uttar Pradesh Police and Forensic Science University. (2) The Vice-Chancellor, the Board, the Academic Council, the Directors, Director of Research and Development, the Deans, the Registrar, Finance Officer and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, will be constituted a body by the name of the Uttar Pradesh Police and Forensic Science University. (3) The University shall be a body corporate.
