12.(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a "NIRMAN Kshetra Committee" which shall consist of the following as appointed by the State Government:- Chairperson Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner, Government of Uttar Pradesh Vice Chairperson Principal Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary,Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Stamp and Registration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member Divisional Commissioners of the Divisions in which NIRMAN Kshetra falls Member District Magistrates of the Districts in which Nirman Kshetra falls Member Secretary Chief Executive Officer, NIRMAN Kshetra Authority
