281. Whoever, while suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder - (a) makes or offers for sale an article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine or drug, or (b) willfully touches any such article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine for sale by others, or (c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be liable upon conviction to a fine which may extend to Fifty rupees.
