1 [144. (1) The Executive Officer or an officer authorized by him in this behalf, shall authenticate by his signature the area wise rental rates and the assessment list of the municipal area or any part thereof, as the case may be. (2) Every list so authenticated shall be deposited in the office of the Municipality. (3) As soon as the list for the entire municipal area is so deposited it shall be declared by public notice to be open for inspection. ]
