520. Any 1 [Corporation] dues declared by this Act or by rules or bye-law to be recoverable in the manner provided by this Chapter may be recovered by the 2 [Municipal Commissioner] in accordance as far as may be with the provisions of sections 504 to 514 and 516 to 519 as if the amount due were a tax.
