1 [ 7-C. (1) The State Government, where it considers necessary or expedient in the public interest so to do, may, by notification declare existing market yard established under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 7 as Special yard as Special Commodity Market Yard of all or any of the specified agricultural produce in respect of a market area. (2) Provisions for and in relation to the Market Committee of this Act shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Market Committee established for Special Commodity Market Yard. ]
