1 [39-A.- Every wholesale trader or commission agent, shall before the thirtieth day of April every year submit to the Market Committee a Statement of purchases and sales of specified agricultural produce by or through him during the previous year in such Form and in such a manner and setting forth such other particulars as may be specified in the by-laws. Explanation :— For the purposes of this section, previous year means the financial year immediately preceding the year in which such statement is required to be submitted. ]
