(1) Any amount due to the Committee, if not paid within the prescribed period, may be recovered as arrears of land revenue. (2) A Committee may write off any amount due to it, if it is certified by the Collector to be irrecoverable ; Provided that no amount exceeding Rs. 200 shall be written off without the prior approval of the Director
