The State Government shall by notification in the official Gazette, establish 1 in the manner provided hereafter, a Board to be called the Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathic Medicine Board, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and common seal and may sue or be used in its corporate name.
