b@16. the State Government may for the purpose of removing any difficulties, particularly in relation to the establishment of the Interim Board, the framing of the first Niyamawali or the establishment of the Sammelan or the first Sthayi Samiti by order direct that this Act shall, during such period as may be specified in the order, have effect subject to such adaptations, whether by way of modifications, additions or omissions as it may deem to be necessary or expedient.
