No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Director, the Regional Deputy Director, Education, the Inspector, the Authorised Controller or any other person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, order or direction made or given thereunder.
