(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Goshala Adhiniyam, 1964. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification 1 in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas of Uttar Pradesh.
